<title>The Winds of Change are Blowing</title>

<description>Good day Cooties,

I recently received a letter from Bob Clem Sr. who is running for Supreme Adjutant/Quartermaster in 2010-2011. Please read this letter at your next scratch and discuss it. If you feel that a change is needed and that Bob Clem is the man for the job, let your Grand Commander know at the Grand Convention in April so the will of the Pup Tents in our Grand prevails when our Grand Commander votes at the next Supreme Convention.

Have a good Thanksgiving Holiday.

Chris Kanios
Adjutant, MOC Grand of WI

<title>Pup Tent 3 &amp;quot;PLASTER OF PARIS&amp;quot; Upcoming events</title>

<description>

Greetings Fellow Cooties,
&amp;nbsp;
Here&amp;rsquo;s some information on what the members of Pup Tent 3 &amp;ldquo;Plaster of Paris&amp;rdquo; are doing to fulfill their &amp;quot;Duties as Cooties.&amp;quot;
&amp;nbsp;
Stoughton Cooties will visit the Skaalen Nursing home, the V.A. Hospital and visit schools to lead the Veterans Day ceremonies.&amp;nbsp; Madison V.A. will be visited Nov. 10th by Marine Corps League w/ Cootie members to celebrate their birthday.&amp;nbsp; Special Hospital approved treats will be passed out to all patients. Cootie Christmas will be held December 11&amp;ndash;12. Pup Tent 3 has made donations to the Grand of Michigan.&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
Stoughton will hold a benefit for a baby born with heart problems. The father, a veteran, was mustered out of the Air Force and no is longer eligible for military insurance. His young son has undergone several operations and numerous complications.&amp;nbsp; It seems every time the Doc&amp;rsquo;s fix one thing, some other problem arises.&amp;nbsp; The benefit will be here at the VFW Post 328 hall at 200 Veterans Rd, Stoughton WI 53589, on December 5th beginning at noon. We hope all will attend. God&amp;#039;s most precious gift to any parent is a healthy child. When it is otherwise we Cooties need to do our best to help make it right. Especially if that parent has served his country in the Armed Forces of the US.

&amp;nbsp;
Cooties will have another Hot Dog sale in the bar October 17th. We will conduct Bingo at the Skaalen Home on Monday, October 19th 1:00pm.

January 10, 2010 is our District Meeting. We are hosting so let&amp;rsquo;s have a good showing.&amp;nbsp; Besides, do you really want to miss a breakfast of S.O.S.???? Meeting at 10:30am breakfast is 8:30ish?

The Cooties in PT 3 are &amp;quot;busy as a bee&amp;quot; rolling up their sleeves and pitching in to attend to the needs of their fellow veterans and I know that all of their fellow Cooties will help them when and where possible.
&amp;nbsp;
Corrections are as follows:

#1) Pup Tent 3 meetings start at 6:00 pm not 6:30 pm.

#2) The date for the benefit for baby boy Ash Guiles is December 6th not December 5th as was printed in the minutes.

Adjutant, MOC Grand of WI

<title>PT 38 WAT-O-MA Newsletter</title>

<description>Fellow Cooties,

Hey all y&amp;#039;all - it&amp;#039;s time to start scratching again. The PT 38 &amp;quot;Cootie Itch&amp;quot; for October is published (though a bit belatedly). As most of you know I am a sophomore in college. This term is particularly challenging because I am attempting Calculus and General Chemistry at the same time. It keeps me occupied.

Forgive me for I digress. Enjoy your monthly &amp;quot;Itch.&amp;quot;

<title>October General Orders</title>

<description>Hey Gang,

I apologize for the late date of the General Orders but I have been studying intensely for two exams and one quiz in one week. The subjects are by no means &amp;quot;throwaway&amp;quot; courses. I am currently enrolled in Calculus, General Chemistry, and Global Social Problems. Believe me, it keeps me hopping!

If anyone has questions regarding the General Orders, please call or email me. I&amp;#039;m in the roster book.

<title>Women Warriors Welcome Home</title>

<description>Fellow Cooties,

We all know that the roll of women in the military is an important one. Here is a chance for those women to attend an event that will, at the same time, welcome them home and honor their service as well as make them aware of the benefits they have earned. Many of us know dedicated women who have answered the call to duty, so let them know about this event. Please print a copy of the flyer and talk about it at your scratch.

These women served their country proudly. Here is an opportunity for them to find out how their country can serve them.

Yours in L.O.T.C.S.,

Chris Kanios
Grand Adjutant
