WISCONSIN VFW FORMS UPGRADE IN SERVICE

Our upgrade to the new VFW Forms site is now operational. Please read the following, then click the VFW FORMS link at the bottom of the page. 

Our e-filing system now reports your entries direct to a current database, saving redundant key-entries and the risk of errors. Direct database entry is what we've been striving for. As we get older data entered, we will be able to provide updated online summaries so you will be able to see where your Post stands. We are still converting previously reported information into the new format, but you are welcome, and encouraged, to use the new electronic filing system as of right now.

To take full advantage of the e-filing capability, and to ensure security, you will be asked to register the first time you use the VFW Forms site. Once you set up your account, select the "remember me" option to expedite subsequent use of the forms.

Once you have created your account, you will receive an activation e-mail. Be sure and follow the link in that e-mail before proceding.

Login is not needed for forms other than those used for direct online submission (currently the POST ACTION REPORT, with others to follow over time). Fill-and-print forms, reference materials, and other non-efiling reports are all accessible without logging in.
