Department of Wisconsin Community Service Report Summary

The Wisconsin VFW Reports Section is being reorganized.
Beginning this year, all Community Service, Hospital and other Activity Reports are combined into one Post Action Report. Please refer to your recent Quarterly Mailing and refer to our Programs/Membership Manual.
We prefer reports be filed electronically. Click on the E-Forms link in the red banner at the top of this screen to access all current report forms, as well as our Membership Manual and other documentation.
The new Post Action Report is a fully-automated electronic report. At the present time we are processing those reports that were previously submitted by regular mail and via the first PDF version of the report form. Once that data has been added, we will be posting an online summary of activities for your reference, as well as ongoing Post Standings in the Honors Post competitions.
We are hoping to have these summary reports up in a very short time.
