Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen 2009-2010 Programs

It is never too early to start planning for the VFW's Voice of Democracy (VOD) and Patriots Pen (PP) programs. Schools just let out for the summer but that will be back in session very soon.

This year's "cut-off" dates for entries for the VOD and and PP programs are 1 November 2009. Specific "cut-off" entry dates for Posts, Districts, and Departments will be announced soon.

Themes for the programs are:

VOD: "Does America Still Have Heroes?"

PP: "When is the Right Time to Honor Our Military Heroes?"
