Schools just let out for the summer but that will be back in session very soon. This year's "cut-off" dates for entries for the VOD and and PP programs are 1 November 2009. Specific "cut-off" entry dates for Posts, Districts, and Departments will be announced soon. Themes for the programs are: VOD: "Does America Still Have Heroes?"
