VFW Post Holds POW/MIA Rememberance Ball

VFW Post 670 and the Ladies Auxiliary held a Semi-Formal Black and White Ball on September 12, 2009 to honor American ex-Prisoners of War (POWs) and those Missing in Action (MIAs) as part of their annual requirements.
The Department of North Carolina Commander, William Sloan, Ladies Auxiliary Department President, Lynn Jones, and District 8 Commander Roland Rochester were also on hand to honor the ex-POWs and the MIAs.
The North Carolina Department POW/MIA Chairman, David Hamel, was also on hand to perform his excellent "missing man" ceremony.
