Post Community Wide Easter Egg Hunt and Party for Children 12 and Under

The Post Community Wide Easter Egg Hunt and Party for children age 12 and under will be held on March 22nd, 2008, from noon until 2 p.m. at the Post Home. All children age 12 and under will be given an Easter Basket. An Easter Egg Hunt for different ages up to 12 will also be done that day. Prizes will be given for lucky eggs found. Patty, our Disc Jockey, will be playing the tunes that day for the children. Food will be provided by the Post. Parents are invited to be with their children that day and make it special. Donations can be made to VFW Post 4203, ATTN: Harry Coble, PO Box 1116, Rockingham, NC 28380-1116, to help offset the cost of this activity for the community.

Veteran's Day Ceremony

The Richmond County Veteran's Day Ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 8th, 2008, at 11 a.m. The Ceremony will be held at the Richmond County Veterans Memorial Park (RCVMP) located at 106 Old River Road, Rockingham, NC. The Daughter's of the American Revolution will be in charge of the Ceremony and VFW Post 4203 will have the meal after the ceremony. Contributions to help defray the cost of this Ceremony would be appreciated.

Memorial Day Ceremony

The Memorial Day Ceremony for Richmond County will be held at the Richmond County Veterans Memorial Park (RCVMP) at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 24th, 2008. The RCVMP is located at 106 Old River Road, Rockingham, NC. The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) will be in charge of the Ceremony and and VFW Post 4203 wil provided food after the Ceremony. Contributions to help defray the cost of this activity would be greatly appricated and may be sent to VFW Post 4203, ATTN: Harry Coble, PO Box 1116, Rockingham, NC 28380-1116.

VFW Post 4203 Annual Dues

The 2008 annual dues for VFW Post 4203 members were due on January 1st, 2008. VFW Post Members who have not paid their dues may renew their membership online at VFW.org and then click on membership and follow the instructions or you may mail them direct to national or you may send your dues to VFW Post 4203, ATTN: Harry M. Coble, Post Quartermaster, PO Box 1116, Rockingham, NC 28380-1116.
