Dear Commanders,

Quartermasters,

VFW Members,

Ladies Auxiliary’s,

Men Auxiliary’s,

It time once again, to remind your Post Members that we are having a District 9 Meeting on the 27 January, 2008 in Sanford, 1500 Webb Street at Stanley McLeod Post 5631 at 1:00PM the food will be prepared by the Post.  Come and enjoy your self with exciding dinning.  Within the District 9 VFW Members, Ladies Auxiliary’s, Men Auxiliary’s members, as a Joint Session, of the greatest Communication every.  There will be guest arriving at this meeting also for this District 9 Meeting, from the VFW State Department.  Let us bring the District 9 Membership up to 100% also making it number one once again, with our hearts and mind together.

The District 9 Officers must attend all District Meeting within the Ninth (9) Districts.  These meeting are required by VFW National By-Laws, and VFW State By-Laws.  This is a great way to learn more about VFW, and what it stands for as a Veteran; you may be a Post Officers in most anyway for each year that an election is held.  The Real Reason that you can learn is to R.T.B.

Sincerely,

Aubrey L. F. Hall

District 9 Commander
