District 8, NC Holds Summer Meeting

District 8, NC, held their summer meeting at VFW Post 6018 in Fayetteville, NC on August 10th 2008. Department Surgeon, Saundra Clagett and Past State Auxiliary President, Marie Negus were the Department Representatives.Post 6018 had a delicious dinner of ham, chicken, rice and gravy, mixed vegetables, tossed salad and desert and they fed about 100 guests. Thanks to the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 6018.
After the Department Representatives gave their presentations, the District Commander presented several posts with National awards then the District and the Auxiliary held their meetings.
