	Comrade Ed Hawley is preparing the flagpole for painting following Central States Mechanical of Mtn Grove, Mo building it for us.
Here we catch Comrade Hawley at work painting the flagpole.
	This is the raw hole in the ground that White River Electric Coop dug at Skyline School. Skyline is served by White River Electric Coop
This steel was put into the ground in trenches dug by hand to hold the pole in place and to serve as deadmen. The other end of these pieces of steel have hooks on them and were driven into the ground before the crane released the pole.
	Here you can see the pole in place with the deadmen tied to it and the form ready for pouring the concrete
The mud is going on the ground. Comrade Kelley has the shovel while Commander Allen Dodds Jr looks on supervising.
