Dist 12 MO 50/50 Winner

Cindi Wishmeyer of the Russell A Schmitt Post 3987, Sullivan won the 50/50 Drawing at the Missouri Department Convention. She was presented the winnings by outgoing District Commander Chris Weber.

She thought she won a Wagon of Cheer another District was offering.

Dept MO Ladies Auxiliary President Installed

Yvonnne Massey of Post 3944 Ladies Auxiliary was Installed as Department of Missouri President at the Joint Installation of Officers Ceremony. This was conducted at the 89th Department of Missouri Convention held in Columbia, Mo.

The Ceremony was conducted by Past Commander In Chief Jim Mueller.

Dept MO Service Officers Work For Veterans

Dispite the close defeat of the Veterans Fund Levy Proposal, it was business as usual for Missouri's excellent staff of Veterans Service Officers. The Department stated that this program will not be diminished in its scope.

It is time for those Posts who are not supporting this excellent program to decide what they are in existance for.

Post 4105 Florissant Commander David Miller participated in the Joint Installation of Officers at the 89th Department of Missouri Convention.

The Joint Installation of Officer Ceremony was conducted by Past Commander in Chief Jim Mueller.

12th District MO Ladies Auxiliary Nancy Hooper (Post 3944) participated in the Joint Installation Ceremony at the 89th Department of Missouri Convention. She has served as District Presedent for numerous terms and keeps on going.

Dept MO Commander Carries a Big Stick

As the newly installed Department Commander Dave Morgan tried to open his first Council of Administration Meeting, he had difficulties finding his Gavel. Dept Chaplain Wayne Asher presented the Cdr a substitute (above).

With the newly installed Department Quartermaster - Adjutant Jessie Jones' assistance, a Gavel was found to fit the Commander's Head.With that, the Meeting opened with a Bang to the enjoyment of all.
