DEPARTMENT OF MISSOURI
With the passing of Joe Lundy, Sr. Vice Commander, Bob Wonnell, Jr. Vice Commander has succeeded to the office of Senior Vice Commander, Department of Missouri for the 2009-2010 year.
The office of Jr. Vice Commander will be filled by the Department Council of Administration by sealed ballot, in accordance with Article V, Sec. 520 of the National By-Laws and Manual of Procedures of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
