Totally correct there. There must be full recognition and co-operation.

We have another mindless war within the membership.  Asked the gals
to lend a hand with the understanding they'll get a cut of the profits.

Well, Did they, and did they??

The Trustees told me the Ladies are allowed only three fund raisers a year

I blewoff my General Metting last month to attend the auxillary meeting to air my personal feelings about this childish attitude. This website has taught me they have their own set of by laws and their own charter.

Your Trusties have no say on what your Auxiliary does. They are their own separate entity that operates under your Post number.
Find new Trustees.

The Auxiliary President needs to stand up and tell the Post Leadership that the Aux and Post each operate under their own Charters and the Post has no authority in the operations of the Auxillary.

Now if the Posts wants to restrict usage of the Post premises, hall, grounds, etc, (which by vote they can), then the Ladies need only withdraw any and all free labor and monies from all the Posts functions and programs.
