To Be Eligioble

Honorable Discharge
90 days of service with at least one day in conflict
Disabilied OR at least 65 yrs of age

There MUST be a medical need

Doctors must sign a VA form
"Key Concept" the claimant cannot live alone
Living alone creates "Hazard of daily living"
