VFW Military Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

   The VFW's Military Scholarship program provides twenty-five $3,000 scholarships annually to VFW members who are currently serving in uniform or have been discharged within the 36 months before the December 31 deadline.

   The scholarships are awarded to five members from each branch of service (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard) during the first quarter of the year following the deadline.

hey, this post is somewhat old. I am posting this reply to know that this scholarship program is still available ??

I have a friend who would have a definite benefit from this program.

last year and is not being renewed or replaced.
