Is there anyway that I can post a powerpoint presentation on this forum or do I need to post it some place else and link it?

I haven't been able to find a way to Post a "Power Point" anywhere.  I have one I would like to post to the web logs and can't find the information as to how.  If anyone knows please tell us in "Simple Terms".  I am  a 'puter moron and needs lots of help slowly.
