$30 a dog for a day...I'm not thinking it will work at every VFW Post, but maybe a few could...and I don't think it is too tough or expensive to errect a covered and noise containment area for man's best friend with the necessary amenities for Dog Daycare (not boarding overnight).

With Doggie Day Care comes liability.  All dogs must have proof of current shots, dangers of dogs not getting along with each other, giving medication, food & diet, shelter, first aid, medical treatment, bathing required if dirty or has fleas, etc.
Locking a dog in a crate for hours is not day care.
A lot of responsibility to include city, county and state regulations and laws come into play.
Doggy Day Care is a business involving the health and well being of Dogs and requires lots of research.
