Off topic I know…but want to congratulate 1sg and Gunner on those fine looking sigs!!!  I think there are only 3 of us that have them.  Perhaps this will encourage others to add some color to their posts.

That’s not cheating…that’s smart!  Mine is bits and pieces from various places and Photoshop.  I’ve got a good one almost like it but it has the Vietnam wall in it and it is flash file with a sound clip so you hear a clap of thunder when you mouse over.   Then I thought some would be offended with the wall, dagger, scull, thunder etc….you know it doesn’t take much to have someone screaming about their sensitivity now days.

Well I guess Zap, the answer to that is not to care to much. We have gotten way to PC and worried that we might offend someones sensibilities. I bet it looks real good. How bout sharing and let us see. I bet you only offend about 10 percent. That pretty good odds. LOL.

I like my current one better.  They have more options for Navy stuff since I got in contact with the site administrator.

Following 1sg advice I was going to post my flash sig for comment.  Occurred to me I have moderator rights to this sub-forum, and not wanting to corrupt the 40 plus thread with more sig talk I split them off to this new thread just for sig talk. 

Then I went to several popular hosting sites like imageshack where my current one is and found they and everyone else have stopped hosting swf files or at least hosting for free.  But even if I did get it hosted webcom may not allow swf sigs…I don’t know for sure.   This project has fast become work without a known outcome so like the Airborne Laser it is being abandoned.

Wondered where you went Redmaxx.  Look forward to your sig creativity.  You can use a site like Dave and Gunner did to generate the code for your sig or use bits and pieces of stuff and Photoshop to create one then upload it to image shack or other file hosting site that will generate the code you need.  If you need help let me know.

Thanks Zap, I will look into doing it when I get a few minutes. Things have been crazy this year but I am really hoping that they calm down. I enjoyed my year as Commander but it is time to move on to bigger and better things.

Made my SIG like I said I was going to finally. I used the same one as everyone else except Zapp44.
