Where to Join?

I'm a newbie here and I'm trying to find out where/how to join the VFW. I live in N. Muskegon, Michigan and I don't see any forms to fill out? Can you help? I believe I qualify. Thank you.

Go to:
www.vfwwebcom.org/northcarolina
Click on "Join the Elite"
Fill out the application on line. You will become a member at large then you can chose the post you want.

A visit to:  http://emem.vfw.org/findpost.aspx   identified seven VFW Posts [below] within ten miles of N. Muskegon, MI   49445   (Accurate map of each post also avail on above site).

You can join on line as a Member at Large and transfer to a post of your choosing or visit a Post and join (submit application) there in person to join that post. 

I encourage you to visit each of these posts and see which one you and your family like best.   Some Posts are more active than others and more family oriented than others.  As a VFW member you are eligible to vist all VFWs.

just retired three days ago....where is the qualifications for VFW....how i am qualified! i am currently in aloha state....honolulu

You can join the AMVETS. They are smaller but have similar services for veterans and the community.
