DoggyDaddy:
Tried to enlist in the Navy during Viet Nam at age 18 with a year of college. I was denied enlistment because I have too many traffic citations. No DUI's, just speeding. I told them I didn't want to drive the dam# boat, but just ride on it. - so - I enlisted in the Army July 29, 1971 and stayed for 20 years, 2 months and 2 days. I've worn many patches, some twice; 2nd ID, 7th ID, 7th Corps, FORSCOM, TRADOC, 6th Army, 8th Army, and INSCOM. I retired after Desert Storm on October 1st, a day after my 39th birthday. 8)jQuery(document).ready(function($){jQuery(function(){jQuery("#msg_166").css("min-height", "50px");jQuery("#msg_166").hoverIntent(function(){jQuery("#msg_166").css("overflow-y", "hidden");jQuery(".sharethis_166").delay(100).fadeIn();},function(){jQuery(".sharethis_166").delay(300).fadeOut();});});});Tweet
